Our Chief Programs Officer, Tajuana Hall, leads with a strong focus on resident readiness, operational integrity, and community stability. Through structured intake and thoughtful program guidance, she ensures every resident enters a safe, respectful, and supportive environment—strengthening trust both inside our home and within the broader community.
As a skilled case manager, Ms. Hall evaluates individual needs, risks, strengths, and readiness to prioritize the right next steps. She connects residents to essential community resources, ensuring they receive the services necessary to thrive. Known as the architect of quality and consistency, Ms. Hall upholds accurate record-keeping, consistent follow-up, and coordinated systems—making sure our mission is delivered responsibly and that every resident is positioned for success and the resources they need.

Ms. Jones provides strategic oversight and proactive risk management, ensuring structured policies, safety protocols, and ongoing training are consistently in place.
As a licensed health insurance agent, Ms. Jones also brings specialized expertise in healthcare benefits navigation and compliance, helping educate staff and residents on informed health-related decisions that advance safety, stability, and overall community well-being.
